Ingredients

  • 400 g poultry sausae
  • 150 g Emmentaler, e.., Alläuer
  • 2 onion (s), red
  • 4 pickle (s)
  • 4 radishes
  • 1 tablespoon chives
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar bianco
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 3 tablespoons pickle liquid from the pickles
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ Maggi wort (lovage wort) see recipe in the database, optional

Instructions

  1. Wash and clean the radishes and chives. Cut the chives into rolls and the radishes into slices. Peel the onion and cut into rings. Cut the poultry sausage and cheese into strips.
  2. Put the vinegar, cucumber stock, salt, pepper, mustard and oil in a bowl, stir well.
  3. Put everything together in a larger bowl and mix well. If you have, you can mix in half a teaspoon of lovage seasoning.
  4. Let the salad stand for an hour.
