Sausage Salad Special

• 100 g meat sausae
• 100 g sausae, (Schinkenkrakauer)
• 1 small onion (s)
• 5 small gherkins
• 1 teaspoon, heaped herbs, (salad herbs), dried
• oil
• vinegar
• pepper
• possibly bell pepper (s)

Instructions

1. Cut the meat sausage and ham cracker into thin strips, dice the onion very finely. Dice the gherkins just as small or cut into very thin slices (this works great with a cucumber slicer). Mix everything together, add vinegar (not too much, as there is almost enough acid from the pickles!), Oil and pepper to taste. If you like, you can also mix in finely chopped peppers.
2. Let it steep briefly.
