Instructions

  1. Clean the bell pepper and the spring onions. Cut the bell pepper into fine cubes and the spring onions into fine rings. Cut the sausage into fine strips. Mix everything with vinegar and oil to taste. Season with pepper and paprika powder (salt is usually not necessary as the sausage is salty enough). Let the salad stand in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
  2. It tastes best when it is taken out of the refrigerator half an hour before serving.
  3. I serve this salad with fresh farmer`s bread as a small dinner.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
