Ingredients
Lavash – 2 leaves (160 g)
Sausages – 4 pcs. (350 g)
Toast cheese – 1 pack (150 g, 8 slices)
Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
Lettuce (for serving, optional) – 2-3 sheets
Directions
Prepare all the ingredients you need.
Cut the lavash sheets in half. You should get 4 strips with a width that matches the length of the sausages.
If necessary, remove the shell from the sausages. Make 5-6 shallow transverse cuts along the entire length of the sausages.
Grease a skillet with vegetable oil and heat over medium heat. Put the sausages in a preheated pan and fry for 4-5 minutes, on both sides, so that they warm up and lightly brown.
Remove the cheese slices from the packaging. Place 2 slices of cheese on one edge of a strip of pita bread.
Put the fried sausage on the cheese and roll the pita bread into a roll. Repeat the process with the remaining pita bread, sausages and cheese.
Reheat the skillet in which the sausages were fried over medium heat. Put sausages in pita bread in a pan and fry for 2-3 minutes, on all sides, until golden brown.
Line a serving plate with salad sheets, top with sausages in pita bread with cheese and serv
