Very tasty and dietary dish.

Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • Cod 800 g
  • Sunflower oil 0.75 cups
  • Onion 2 pcs.
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Olives 20 pcs.
  • Tomato sauce 1.5 cups
  • Cheese 2 tbsp
  • Greens 1 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Moisten a napkin in salted water, squeeze and wipe the fish with it.
  2. Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the cod in it, cut into pieces.
  3. When the fish is browned, put it on a hot dish.
  4. Finely chop the onion and garlic and fry in oil, add tomato sauce there, put parsley in it, boil and pour over the fish.
  5. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top and top with olives.
