We cook incredibly delicious sauté of vegetables with seafood at home. A very healthy and tasty dish for the whole family.

Cuttlefish (octopus)
Big squid fillet
A tomato
Zucchini (zucchini)

Soy sauce – 90 g
Ground red pepper

Directions
Preparing a set of ingredients for making a sauté of vegetables with seafood.
Cut the squash into cubes.
Cut the mushrooms into 4 pieces.
Cut the tomatoes into slices.
We clean the squids: remove the film and take out the ridge. Cut the fillet into triangles.
We place all the seafood in a sieve and leave the excess liquid in a glass
Preheat a frying pan over maximum heat, pour in vegetable oil. Fry mushrooms and zucchini.
Throw tomatoes there, fry for 3 minutes. Add red pepper and pour in 40 g of soy sauce. Transfer the vegetable sauté to a plate.
We cook seafood over high heat.
During the cooking process (after 1 minute), a lot of liquid is formed, which must be drained so that the seafood is not tough. We fry seafood for 2.5 minutes.
We send vegetables to seafood, add another 50 g of soy sauce, and wait for boiling (30 seconds). Add the finely grated garlic.
