Ingredients

  • 150 g cream cheese with herbs
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 2 onions)
  • 50 g ham, raw
  • 80 g cheese, medieval Gouda
  • 2 egg (s), hard-boiled
  • 1 bunch chives
  • salt and pepper
  • 6 slices cheese, large, young Gouda cheese (about 115)
  • Bread (s), black bread thaler

Instructions

  1. Put the cream cheese in a bowl. Finely dice the onion, ham, eggs and Gouda cheese and add to the cream cheese. Finely chop the chives and add them as well. Season the whole thing with the spices. Now brush the gouda slices with the mixture, roll up from the short side and wrap tightly in aluminum foil. Chill for a few hours. Then unwrap and cut about 1cm thick slices and place on the black bread thaler.
