- 500 g savoy cabbae
- 2 orange (s)
- 2 apples
- 200 g ham, cooked
- 3 tablespoon vinegar
- 3 tablespoon oil
- salt and pepper
- sugar

- Clean the savoy cabbage, cut in half, cut out the stalk and cut the cabbage into fine strips. Peel the oranges and cut them into slices. Quarter the apples, cut out the core. Slice apples.
- Mix all ingredients with the ham strips.
- Let it steep in a sauce made from vinegar, oil, water, salt, pepper, sugar and spices for about 20 minutes.
