Ingredients

  • 300 g mushrooms, fresh, sliced
  • 2 leeks
  • 2 onions)
  • 4 cups cream
  • 300 g cheese (Gouda), rated
  • 6 pork schnitzel, or turkey schnitzel
  • salt and pepper
  • Vegetable broth (Vegeta)
  • 300 g cooked ham, diced
  • Flour

Instructions

  1. Salt and pepper and bread the schnitzel or just turn in flour. Fry briefly in the pan until golden brown. Remove, cut the onion and leek into rings in the stock, fry the mushrooms and diced ham.
  2. Put the meat in a roaster, cover with vegetables from the pan and pour the cream over them. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes at 150 degrees.

  4. Make schnitzel and vegetables 1 day in advance. Should pull through well, then particularly spicy.
  5. Rice, pasta or baguette go well with this.
