- 2 large onions
- 1 small zucchini
- 250 g flour
- 80 g mararine
- 1 sachet baking powder
- 1 sachet dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 125 ml mineral water
- 1 tablespoon, heaped soy flour

- Cut the tomatoes, onions and zucchini into small pieces. Mix the remaining ingredients together to form a dough. Knead the vegetable pieces underneath. Pour into the muffin tins and place in the oven straight away without heating up, otherwise the yeast will drift too much. Please bake at 200 ° C top and bottom heat for 20 minutes.
