Ingredients
- 1 small savoy cabbage
- 500 g round beef
- 1 onion (s)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon, heaped tomato paste
- 2 tablespoon brunch hot peppers
- 100 ml white wine
- 100 ml cream
- 300 ml meat broth
- salt and pepper
- Marjoram or thyme
- 8 slices bacon

- Cut the savoy cabbage into large pieces and briefly blanch in salted water, then immediately quench in ice-cold water and drain well.
- Now fry the minced meat with the finely chopped onion and garlic clove until crumbly. Roast the tomato paste briefly and deglaze with the wine. Then stir in the brunch and add the cream and broth and season with the spices.
- Now layer everything in a baking dish and cover with the strips of bacon.
- Bake the casserole in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 30 minutes until the bacon is crispy.
