Ingredients

  • 600 g savoy cabbae
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 400 g whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Remove the outer, withered leaves from the savoy cabbage. Quarter the cabbage, remove the thick parts of the stalk and cut the cabbage into strips. Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic cloves. Rub the mushrooms with a cloth and cut into slices.
  2. Heat the oil in a large pan with a high rim and fry the minced meat in it for about 15 minutes, using the spatula to chop until it is crumbly. Then add the mushrooms with onion and garlic and continue to fry for 2 minutes, turning.
  3. Season everything with salt and pepper. Add the savoy cabbage in portions so that the volume gradually decreases. Finally pour in the soy sauce and cream. Turn the temperature down and cook the cabbage over medium heat for about 20 minutes, turning again.
