Instructions

  1. Blanch the savoy cabbage in salted water (approx. 5 min.), Prepare minced meat as you would for meatballs. Brush aluminum foil with oil, roll out the minced meat dough into a rectangle and place the ham on top. Place on top of the whole of the savoy cabbage leaves. Use the aluminum foil to roll the dough together (use aluminum foil as a rolling aid, of course!). Place the roll on a greased baking sheet (open side down) and fry at 200 ° C for about 1 hour. Cut into slices and serve.
  2. This dish looks amazing (e.g. for a cold buffet or other festivities). It is very easy to prepare and the leftovers can be eaten cold or fried as slices in the pan the next day.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
