  • 1 head savoy cabbage, cut into strips
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 cup crème fraîche, 50 - 200 g
  • some salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • some margarine

Instructions

  1. Peel the onion and cut into cubes, then let it become translucent in the pan with a little margarine. Add the raw savoy cabbage and then pour the milk over it. Place the crème fraîche and spices on top of the vegetables.
  2. Put the lid on in the pan for 10 minutes on medium to low heat. Then let it boil down a little without the lid.
