Ingredients

  • 1 small Head savoy cabbage
  • 1 small bunch parsley
  • 150 g bacon, smoked
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 150 g sour cream
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Remove the stalk from the savoy cabbage and cut the leaves into coarse strips. Blanch for 5 minutes in boiling salted water, then rinse in cold water and drain.
  2. Finely chop the parsley. Cut the bacon into fine strips. Mix 3 eggs, sour cream and flour together well. Mash the garlic with the garlic press and add to the batter. Fold in the spices and then the savoy cabbage.
  3. Fry them as small pancakes in the pan, drain on paper towels if necessary. The pancakes can be served warm or cold.
