Instructions

  1. Pre-cook the potatoes as jacket potatoes. Season 500 g of mixed minced meat with minced meat seasoning or pepper, salt and paprika powder. Then fry this crumbly.
  2. Remove 8 large leaves from the savoy cabbage and cook briefly in boiling water. Then take it out of the water. Cut the remaining cabbage into small strips and then cook until cooked.
  3. Peel off the jacket potatoes and cut into small pieces. Salt a little. Add the fried mince and knead together with 3 eggs by hand.
  4. Put the large leaves of the cabbage in a greased springform pan, so that half of the leaves protrude over the edge. Also line the center of the pan with cabbage so that there are no gaps.
  5. Drain the cabbage strips. Now put some of the potato mince mixture into the springform pan and press it firmly onto the cabbage. Then add strips of cabbage and press on. Add the rest of the potato mince mixture and press on. Fold the overlapping cabbage leaves onto the mass and possibly add strips of cabbage so that the hood is closed.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° C for approx. 30 minutes. After about 15 - 20 minutes cover with aluminum foil so that it does not get too dark.
  7. Then turn the mold out onto a plate and garnish with tomatoes.
