Ingredients

  • 1 savoy cabbage
  • 500 g potato (s), waxy
  • 500 g minced meat, half and half
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder, mild
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder, hot pink
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 2 pinches black pepper
  • 2 liters water
  • 2 tablespoon stock, grained
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pack ham, diced
  • Crème fraîche

Instructions

  1. First, remove the stalk from the cabbage head and then cut it into small pieces - I still put the cut leaves in cold water to rinse off any dirt.
  2. Now cut the potatoes into small pieces too.
  3. Then fry the minced meat with the diced ham in a high saucepan and season it. When the mince has reached the desired brownness, add the savoy cabbage and the potatoes and then pour water over everything.
  4. Now add the broth and cook everything over a medium heat for about 30 minutes.
  5. Finally, add a little taste to the taste, you can use the sugar for this - but if you like it a little spicier, just add more pepper, curry and fondor and finally stir in creme fraiche.
