Ingredients

  • 3 onion (s)
  • 3 pepper (s), 1 time each - red, yellow, green
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • parsley

Instructions

  1. Spread a thin layer of herb butter on each slice of meat on 1 side and season with steak seasoning.
  2. Slice tomatoes, cut onions into rings.
  3. Put the comb slices in a greased gratin dish (or aluminum foil), place some of the vegetables and herbs between the slices. Finally, season with salt and pepper and spread the sour cream over the meat.
  4. Cover with a lid, stew for 1-1.5 hours at 220 ° C in the oven.
