Ingredients

  • 1 kg potato (s)
  • 600 g beans, reen
  • 2 onions)
  • 250 g beef fillet (s) or tartare (round beef)
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 700 ml tomato juice
  • 150 g kidney beans
  • 175 g corn
  • 70 g mild peppers
  • 120 g cheese, rated (liht)

Instructions

  1. Lightly pre-cook the potatoes in salted water (with the skin on). Let the whole thing cool and cut into wedges. Put the potatoes in a large baking dish and distribute them.
  2. Cut the onions into fine cubes and fry them in a non-stick pan with the olive oil. Add beef fillet cut into fine strips and fry until hot. Pour the onion / meat over the potatoes.
  3. Sauté the beans in the same pan and deglaze with tomato juice. Add the beans and corn. Season well with the spices and pour the whole thing over the potatoes and meat.
  4. Pour the peppers cut into rings over the casserole and spread the cheese over them.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at approx. 180 ° for 45 minutes. If necessary, cover the casserole with aluminum foil halfway through the baking time.
