Ingredients

  • 250 g scampi, ready to cook
  • 350 g fusilli
  • 400 g tomatoes, chunky
  • 200 ml cremefine
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 small pepper
  • 125 ml vegetable stock
  • salt and pepper
  • Chili powder
  • Rapeseed oil
  • parsley

Instructions

  1. Prepare a saucepan with salted water and cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Chop the onions, hot peppers and garlic. Put the oil in a hot pan and sauté the onions until translucent. Add garlic and hot peppers. Add the scampi and fry with them. Deglaze with tomatoes and vegetable stock. Add the pasta and simmer a little.
  3. Add the Cremefine and stop simmering. Season to taste with salt, pepper and, if necessary, chilli powder. If you like, you can also add parsley.
