  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • 1 cup herb sour cream or crème fraîche with herbs
  • 75 g Gouda cheese, rated
  • 2 potato (s)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C top / bottom heat. Grease a baking dish.
  2. Drizzle the schnitzel with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Place in a greased baking dish. Mix the sour cream, pour it onto the schnitzel and spread it on. Roughly grate the potatoes, squeeze them out and distribute evenly over the schnitzel.
  3. Place in the oven for about 25 minutes, take out after 10 minutes and sprinkle the grated cheese over it, return to the oven and bake until the cheese is golden brown.
