Ingredients

  • 8 schnitzel, cut from the sirloin, about 1.5 cm thick
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 0.25 dl ¼ cream, (full cream)
  • 3 tablespoon cheese, grated sbrinz or parmesan
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • 1 tablespoon sage, finely chopped
  • 4 tablespoon flour
  • some salt and pepper, black from the mill
  • 2 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Mix the eggs, cream and garlic well, stir in the cheese and sage into the egg mixture.
  2. Beat the schnitzel lightly, season with salt and pepper. Turn in flour, then pull through the mixed egg and fry very slowly in butter.
  3. Spaghetti with tomato sauce goes very well with it.
  4. Or a saffron risotto with a tomato sauce mirror.
  5. What also goes well is the cream polenta and the schnitzel on a tomato sauce mirror.
