  • 600 g schnitzel (e.. pork or turkey schnitzel)
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 teaspoons paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 onions)
  • 150 g cream
  • liter ⅛ broth

Instructions

  1. Cut the onions into very fine rings. Lightly pound the schnitzel and season with salt and pepper on both sides and season with the paprika powder.
  2. Heat the fat in a pan, add the onions and sweat for 5 minutes. Push to one side and fry the schnitzel briefly on both sides.
  3. Pour in the stock and cream, cover and let simmer for 5 minutes over a low heat. Seasoning. This goes well with rice, ribbon noodles, spaetzle
