Instructions

  1. Chop the meat as desired or leave it whole and fry in the pan with a little olive oil.
  2. Mix the cream, onion soup powder and tomato paste in a bowl.
  3. Now add the sauce to the meat in the pan and let it get hot. The schnitzel pan is ready.
  4. Noodles or rice are best served with it.
  5. Can of course also be prepared with poultry.
  6. Especially quick and tasty when you visit: the day before, place the raw meat in a baking dish and pour the sauce over it. Next day in the oven (225 °) for 45 minutes and you`re done.
  7. Tastes just as delicious without tomato paste.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
