Ingredients

  • 6 pork schnitzel
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 kg mett
  • 1 cup cream
  • 2 cups crème fraîche
  • 1 jar tomato peppers
  • 1 glass sauce (gypsy sauce)

Instructions

  1. Wash the schnitzel, pat dry, cut in half and place in a greased baking dish. Spread the mince over the schnitzel and place the tomato peppers on top.
  2. Mix the cream, garlic cloves, crème fraîche and gypsy sauce and pour over the schnitzel.
  3. Then cook in the oven at 200 ° C for about 2 hours.
  4. Serve with rice or baguette.
