Instructions

  1. Wash, peel, rinse and cut potatoes into sticks. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Fry the potato sticks in them for about 10 minutes, turning them occasionally and season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Take the potato sticks out of the pan and keep warm.
  2. Rinse the schnitzel under running cold water, pat dry and cut into strips. Fry the schnitzel strips in the remaining frying fat until crispy. Also tax the schnitzel strips with the spices, remove from the pan and keep warm.
  3. Peel, halve and slice the onions. Halve the peppers, remove the stems, remove the core, remove the white partitions, wash the pods and cut into strips.
  4. Wash the zucchini, dry them, cut the ends and cut the zucchini into slices.
  5. Heat the remaining oil in the pan. Add the zucchini, onions and peppers and sauté, stirring occasionally.
  6. Put the potato sticks and schnitzel strips back in the pan, add a little water and cook with the lid on for about 10 minutes.
  7. Season the dish with the spices and arrange on plates. Put 1 tablespoon of creme fraiche on each serving.
