Instructions

  1. Wash the kumquats with hot water and cut into thin slices. Beat the schnitzel, season with salt and pepper and turn in the flour. Cut the cheese into thin slices. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (convection 160 ° C).
  2. Heat the clarified butter in a pan and fry the schnitzel in it on both sides for about 3 minutes. Then place in a baking dish.
  3. Spread the kumquats on the schnitzel. Place the camembert on top. Bake in the oven for about 12 minutes.
  4. Wash the parsley, shake dry and pluck the leaves off. Serve the schnitzel garnished with a tablespoon of orange jam and a little parsley.
  5. Serve with French fries and salad.
