Ingredients
- g 1,000 quark, Exquisa, 0.2%
- 400 g quark, sprin quark 40%
- 200 g cream cheese, herbs
- 2 cheeses, Bressot cream setting
- 250 g crème fraîche with herbs
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 lemon (s)
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 bunches chives
