• 200 g cream cheese, herbs
• 2 cheeses, Bressot cream setting
• 250 g crème fraîche with herbs
• 2 cloves garlic
• 2 lemon (s)
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 2 bunches chives

Instructions

1. Put all the ingredients in a large bowl. Press the garlic, cut the chives into small rolls and add them.
2. Mix everything well with the blender and season with lemon juice and sugar.
3. This amount is enough for approx. 25 - 30 potatoes in jacket or jacket and is a very popular accompaniment to everything grilled.
