Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast fillets, season with paprika and curry powder and fry in margarine or oil. Then keep the chicken breast fillets warm in the oven.
  2. Chop the mushrooms, fry them in a pan and keep them warm in the oven.
  3. Next, fry the potato noodles when they are slightly brown, add the chopped carrots and zucchini and fry briefly. Finally, put the chicken breast fillets and mushrooms back in the pan, season with vegetable stock and serve.
