  • 400 g flour
  • 300 g butter
  • 250 g suar, brown
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

Instructions

  1. Knead the flour, softened butter and sugar into a smooth dough. Form a dumpling out of it, cover and chill for at least 1/2 hour.
  2. Shape 1/4 of the dough into an approx. 2 cm thick roll and cut into approx. 2 cm thick slices.
  3. Place the dough pieces on a greased baking sheet. Press in each cookie lightly with your thumb so that a small dent is created.
  4. Bake at approx. 175 ° C for about 20 minutes until light brown.
