Instructions

  1. Core and dice the avocado and season with salt and pepper. Then drizzle with lemon so that the avocado doesn`t turn brown. Wash the tomatoes and also dice them.
  2. Beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Melt the butter in the pan and prepare the scrambled eggs. Just before the scrambled eggs have reached the desired consistency, add the avocado and tomatoes. Mix everything together and serve.
  3. You can e.g., Eat very well on toast.
