Scrambled Eggs Ingredients

  • Eggs – 4 pcs.
  • Milk – 2 tbsp
  • Butter – 3 tbsp
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Provencal herbs – to taste
  • Spices to taste

Scrambled Eggs Instructions

  1. Break 4 eggs into a deep bowl and beat the eggs with a pinch of salt (fork).
  2. Pour in milk and shake.
  3. Add Provencal herbs and mix.
  4. Melt the butter in a frying pan and pour the egg mixture into it. Leave the eggs on high heat for 5 seconds. Then remove from heat for 10 seconds and stir.
  5. Return the scrambled eggs to the fire for another 5 seconds. Then remove from heat again and stir. Then we cook the scrambled eggs for another 5 seconds – the consistency should be creamy. Turn off the heat and cover the eggs with a lid.
