Scrambled Eggs

Scrambled eggs are a delicious breakfast in minutes. We offer the perfect way to cook scrambled eggs. The eggs prepared according to this recipe are tender and fluffy.

Directions

Break 4 eggs into a deep bowl and beat the eggs with a pinch of salt (fork).
Pour in milk and shake.
Add Provencal herbs and mix.
Melt the butter in a frying pan and pour the egg mixture into it. Leave the eggs on high heat for 5 seconds. Then remove from heat for 10 seconds and stir.
Return the scrambled eggs to the fire for another 5 seconds. Then remove from heat again and stir. Then we cook the scrambled eggs for another 5 seconds – the consistency should be creamy. Turn off the heat and cover the eggs with a lid.
Scrambled eggs are ready. Enjoy your meal!
