Scrambled Eggs in a Bun

One of the many options for making scrambled eggs. It turns out to be a delicious tender bun with a crispy crust, and inside is our favorite scrambled eggs, with sausage, cheese, and tomatoes.

Ingredients

  • Buns (round) – 2 pcs.
  • Chicken eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Sausage – 2 slices
  • Hard cheese – to taste
  • Tomato – 2 slices
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. First, cut off the tops of the buns and remove the pulp. Lubricate the inside of the bun with mayonnaise, put grated cheese on the bottom, then put a slice of sausage or ham, then a slice of tomato, then salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Break the egg on top and sprinkle with more cheese.
  3. Next, cover the scrambled eggs in a bun with cut lids and send them to a preheated oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
  4. The scrambled eggs in a bun are ready. Enjoy your meal!
