Scrambled Eggs in Bread

Scrambled eggs in bread are the perfect breakfast dish.

Ingredients

  • White bread – 4 pieces
  • Eggs – 4 pcs.
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil – for frying

Directions

  1. Let’s cut the bread. Cut the crumb out of it, leaving a ring from the crust.
  2. We spread bread “frames” in vegetable oil. We release an egg into them. Add salt and pepper.
  3. Wait until the lower part of the egg grabs – turn it over and fry it on the other side.
