Scrambled Eggs with Green Onions

Among the many options for making scrambled eggs, I suggest paying attention to such simple but very tasty scrambled eggs with green onions. Airy and tender mouth-watering scrambled eggs with a bright and mouth-watering aroma of green onions – a great quick and tasty breakfast!

Servings: 2

Ingredients

Eggs – 4 pcs. (small)
Green onions – 30 g
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
Vegetable oil (for frying) – 15 ml (1 tbsp)

Directions

We wash the green onions, dry, and finely chop. Break the eggs into a bowl. Add chopped onion, salt, and pepper to the eggs. Mix with a whisk or fork.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Pour the egg mixture into the pan. Fry the eggs over medium heat for about 1 minute. During frying, as soon as the edges begin to “set”, move them to the center with a spatula.
Thus, the vacated space will again flow through the liquid mixture. This will prevent the edges from hardening and the eggs will be more tender.
Turn the eggs in whole or in parts to the other side and immediately turn off the heat. Put the scrambled eggs with green onions on a plate and serve. Enjoy your meal!
