Scrambled Eggs with Green Peas

A great start to the day or a great option for a hearty snack – bright scrambled eggs with green peas. Making such a breakfast is as easy as shelling pears and will not take much time – a great addition to your morning cup of tea or coffee!

Ingredients

  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Milk – 80 ml
  • Green peas – 100 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Vegetable oil (for frying) – 1 tbsp
  • Fresh parsley – 10 g (3-4 sprigs)

Directions

  1. Break eggs into a deep bowl. Pour in milk. Add salt and pepper. Shake the eggs and milk with a fork or whisk until smooth.
  2. Warm up the pan, lightly grease with vegetable oil. Put the peas and, stirring, fry over low heat for about 2-3 minutes. Then pour the egg mass into the pan.
  3. Stir constantly, cook the eggs over medium heat for about 3-5 minutes, until the eggs set.
  4. Rinse the parsley, dry it, chop finely with a knife and sprinkle with the finished scrambled eggs with green peas. Place the eggs on a plate and serve.
