Ingredients
Large eggs – 16 pcs.
Butter – 4 tbsp
Dijon mustard – 1 tbsp
Fresh parsley leaves (chopped) – 1/4 cup
Chives (chopped) – 1/4 cup
Greens (parsley and chives) for serving
Salt
Ground black pepper
Directions
Melt the butter in a large skillet, pour the lightly beaten eggs into the skillet, sprinkle with about 1/4 teaspoon of salt and pepper, and cook the scrambled eggs, whisking constantly, for about 5-7 minutes.
Add mustard, chopped parsley, and chives to the pan. Continue to cook the scrambled eggs, whisking for 1-2 minutes, until the eggs are completely fried.
Transfer the finished scrambled eggs to a plate and sprinkle with parsley and chives.
