Ingredients
Eggs – 6 pcs.
Processed cheese – 80 g
Sausage – 40 g
Green onions – 1-2 branches
Baguette – 1/3 pcs.
Butter – 40 g
Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
Directions
We prepare products.
We cut the baguette lengthwise into two parts.
Cut the sausage into thin slices.
In a dry frying pan, fry the sausage on both sides until golden brown.
In the same frying pan, put the baguette cut down and fry until golden brown.
Break the eggs into a bowl and beat lightly with a whisk.
Pour vegetable oil into the pan and heat it up. Put the butter there and melt it.
Pour eggs into the pan, mix. Let the eggs grab a little and mix again. We keep the scrambled eggs on fire until thickened.
Chop the green onion finely.Add melted cheese to the eggs in the pan and mix thoroughly.
Remove the pan from the heat. Add salt, pepper and green onions to the eggs with cheese. We leave a little onion to decorate the dish. We mix.
Place scrambled eggs with melted cheese and green onions on a baguette, on the fried side. Put slices of sausage on top of the eggs. Sprinkle scrambled eggs on a baguette with green onions and serve.
