Instructions

  1. First cut the onion into cubes and fry in the oil with the bacon cubes. When the onions are translucent and the bacon cubes are well seared, squeeze the garlic clove and add to the pan just before the eggs.
  2. Meanwhile, prepare the actual egg. For this purpose, the eggs are beaten with the milk and the spices as well as the herbs and the chilli flakes. Then add the egg mixture to the pan and stir until the scrambled eggs set and there is little moisture left. Then add the cheese cut into cubes and wait until the scrambled eggs have their typical crumbly forum and the cheese has run in them.
