  • 1 small fish (salted herring)
  • 3 tablespoon butter
  • 5 egg (s)
  • Parsley, curled

  • 400 ml milk
  • 4 slices toast

Instructions

  1. Soak the salted herring in the milk for about an hour. Then skin, debone and cut into 8-10 small pieces. Put this in the heated butter and leave in it for a short time. Now beat the eggs over it and fry quickly while stirring. Toast the toast.
  2. To serve a toast on each plate, spread the eggs on top and sprinkle with plenty of chopped chives and parsley.
  3. A hearty way to season eggs.
