- 3 tablespoon butter
- 5 egg (s)

- 400 ml milk

- Soak the salted herring in the milk for about an hour. Then skin, debone and cut into 8-10 small pieces. Put this in the heated butter and leave in it for a short time. Now beat the eggs over it and fry quickly while stirring. Toast the toast.
