Scrambled Eggs with Sausages and Bell Peppers

Scrambled eggs with sausages and bell peppers are a quick and tasty breakfast dish.

Ingredients

  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Bulgarian pepper – 1 pc.
  • Sausage – 1 pc.
  • Butter – 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Green onions (for serving) – 1-2 feathers

Directions

  1. Prepare the ingredients for making scrambled eggs with sausages and bell pepper.
  2. Wash the bell pepper, cut off the top. Remove seeds and partitions from the pepper.
  3. Cut the pepper into thin strips.
  4. Peel the sausage and cut into slices.
  5. Break eggs into a bowl, season with black pepper and salt.
  6. Beat eggs well with a fork.
  7. Put the bell peppers and sausages in the egg mass. Mix.
  8. Melt the butter in a frying pan. Pour the egg mass with pepper and sausage into the pan.
  9. Fry scrambled eggs over moderate heat, stirring constantly with a spatula, for about 3-5 minutes.
  10. Transfer the prepared scrambled eggs with bell peppers and sausages to a plate. Chop the green onions (or any other greens of your choice) finely and sprinkle on the eggs before serving.
