Scrambled eggs are the fastest snack at any time of the day. Since it is fast, convenient, and also versatile. Each time I add this or that product, more and more new dishes are obtained. Any man and even a child can cook the simplest scrambled eggs.
Ingredients
Chicken eggs – 2 pcs.
Sausages – 2 pcs.
Tomatoes – 2 pcs.
Garlic – 2 cloves
Salt to taste
Parsley to taste
Vegetable oil – for frying
Directions
Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, place on the stove, and heat slightly. Peel the sausages from the film, cut into slices and put them in a frying pan.
Peel the garlic, wash and chop finely with a knife. When the sausages are golden, send the chopped garlic to them. Wash the tomatoes, cut them into half rings, and put them in the pan immediately.
Cook everything together for about 1 minute. And during this time, break the eggs into a bowl, add washed and chopped parsley, add salt. Whisk everything with a fork.
Pour the resulting egg mass into everything in the pan, cover the eggs with sausages and tomatoes with a lid, and over a tiny fire for a couple of minutes.
You can sprinkle the cooked eggs with tomatoes and sausages with fresh herbs and serve.
