Instructions

  1. Lightly whisk the eggs with the milk, do not mix too much and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a pan with the butter, add the eggs and let them set slightly from below, then tear the salmon into large pieces and spread over the eggs. So that the eggs get nice and fluffy and the salmon doesn`t cook too much, pull the pan off the stove in good time.
  3. Serve immediately sprinkled with plenty of chives.
