Scrambled Eggs with Sour Cream

Ingredients

  • Eggs – 4 pcs.
  • Sour cream – 3 tbsp
  • Butter – 1 tbsp
  • Grated cheese – 2 tbsp
  • Salt – 1 pinch (to taste)

Directions

  1. Grate cheese on a coarse grater. Drive the eggs into a bowl, add salt, add sour cream. Whisk everything well.
  2. Melt the butter in a frying pan. Pour over the egg mass. Fry the eggs over low heat, stirring occasionally.
  3. Sprinkle hot scrambled eggs with sour cream with grated cheese. Then cover the eggs with sour cream and cheese in a frying pan with a lid for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Scrambled eggs with sour cream are ready, serve immediately.
