Scrambled Eggs with Tomato Paste

The usual scrambled eggs are no longer happy in the morning? Make scrambled eggs with tomato paste. Tasty and original!

Ingredients

  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Tomato paste – 1.5 tbsp
  • Cream – 2 tbsp (30 ml)
  • Butter – 20 g
  • Freshly ground black pepper – 1 pinch (to taste)
  • Salt – 1 pinch (to taste)
  • Fresh parsley (for serving, optional) – 1 sprig

Directions

  1. Break eggs into a bowl and combine with cream, salt, and freshly ground pepper. Loosen with a fork.
  2. Melt the butter in a preheated frying pan. Fry the tomato paste over high heat for 1 minute.
    Reduce heat to low. Pour the egg mixture into a frying pan with tomato paste and stir.
  3. Stir constantly with a wooden or silicone spatula and fry the scrambled eggs with tomato paste for 3 minutes. Put the eggs on a plate, garnish with herbs. Serve with pickled or fresh vegetables. Pickled mushrooms are also a great addition. Bon Appetit!
