Ingredients

  • 4 tomato (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 lemon (s), untreated
  • 1 bunch thyme (can also be dried)

Instructions

  1. Wash and scale the sea bream, wash again and dab thoroughly.
  2. Puree the tomatoes and garlic cloves.
  3. Grease an ovenproof dish with a little olive oil. Distribute the pureed tomatoes evenly and add the sea bream, pour in the sparkling wine. Place sprigs of thyme and bay leaf in the liquid. Rub sea bream with a little olive oil and cover with lemon wedges. Cook in the preheated oven at 200 ° C (convection) for 20-25 minutes. If necessary, let it brown for another 3-4 minutes using the grill function.
  4. Arrange on a preheated plate and decorate with the sauce, herbs and lemon wedges.
