- Cut the squid into thin rings or strips.
- Peel the shrimp.
- Defrost the scallops. A large cut in half.
- Peel the garlic and cut it into thin slices.
- Cut the pepper into squares.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Layout the seafood and garlic. Fry them over high heat, stirring occasionally, for 1-2 minutes.
- Add pepper, stir, fry for another 0.5 minutes. Then remove the pan from the heat.
- Mix eggs with milk.
- Beat the mixture thoroughly with a mixer, salt.
- Heat butter in a frying pan. Pour the egg mixture and fry it over medium heat until it is almost thickened (about 3 minutes).
- Then place the filling on one half of the omelet and cover the seafood omelet with the other half. Turn off the pan.
- Chop the parsley.
- Transfer the seafood omelet to a plate and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
