Seafood Omelet

Ingredients

  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Milk – 30-50 ml
  • Salt – 1-2 pinches
  • Squid – 50 g
  • Peeled shrimps – 25 g
  • Scallops – 25 g
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
  • Butter – 20 g
  • Parsley – to taste

Directions

  1. Cut the squid into thin rings or strips.
  2. Peel the shrimp.
  3. Defrost the scallops. A large cut in half.
  4. Peel the garlic and cut it into thin slices.
  5. Cut the pepper into squares.
  6. Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Layout the seafood and garlic. Fry them over high heat, stirring occasionally, for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Add pepper, stir, fry for another 0.5 minutes. Then remove the pan from the heat.
  8. Mix eggs with milk.
  9. Beat the mixture thoroughly with a mixer, salt.
  10. Heat butter in a frying pan. Pour the egg mixture and fry it over medium heat until it is almost thickened (about 3 minutes).
  11. Then place the filling on one half of the omelet and cover the seafood omelet with the other half. Turn off the pan.
  12. Chop the parsley.
  13. Transfer the seafood omelet to a plate and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
