  • Long pasta (spaghetti, linguine) – 300 g
  • Assorted seafood, frozen – 400 g
  • Garlic – 1 tooth
  • Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
  • Dry white wine – 100 ml
  • Tomatoes (in their own juice, chopped) – 150 ml
  • Salt to taste

  1. First, prepare the sauce. Fry chopped garlic in olive oil. Add seafood. Sprinkle with wine and let it evaporate. Add a little tomato (tomatoes in their own juice, chopped). Salt and simmer the sauce for about 10 minutes. Pasta, preferably spaghetti or linguine, boil on the tooth, mix with the sauce.

  2. Put the pasta seasoned with sauce on a square of foil.
  3. We close the bags and bake the seafood pasta in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  4. We serve pasta with seafood in foil – each guest will unwrap his own bag!
