Ingredients

  • Tomato sauce for pizza
  • Pizza dough
  • 250 g seafood, mixed
  • 1 can tuna
  • 100 g shallot (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 200 g mountain cheese, rated
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley, smooth
  • 3 teaspoons thyme, dried
  • Salt and pepper, black
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the batter and tomato sauce. You can find the recipes for this in my recipes. Rinse the seafood in a colander with cold water, drain. Pick the tuna. Peel the shallots and garlic, cut into thin slices or chop. Wash, dry and chop the parsley.
  2. Shape the dough into pizzas, sprinkle with a little cheese and brush with tomato sauce. Top with the seafood, tuna, shallots and garlic.
  3. Season everything with parsley, thyme, salt and pepper and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese. Drizzle with olive oil and bake at 225 ° C to 250 ° C for about 10 minutes.
